The brand new Black Hall is something quite different to the standard four walls of a conference room. Beautiful, elegant décor, large French doors that capture the wonderful scenery and large fireplaces inside and out, also make it ideal for small, winter conferences.
Outdoors, we have a rustic country bar called the Barn Bar, where delegates can enjoy post conference drinks, as well as a range of popular yard-games.
There’s also the beautiful fairy light pergola which is ideal for post- meeting ‘canapes and champagne’. And, if you’re thinking about staying on after dark, then why not enjoy the elegant charm of a Black Hall delegate dinner.
Unlike most conference locations, this is one venue, with so many options. It’s ideal for simple one day meetings. Just organise a bus for your delegates and let them relax, while the driver takes them through the beautiful Scenic Rim countryside.
Alternatively, if you’re planning a multi-day team bonding trip, then the local Kalbar area offers over 120 beds within 10 minutes from the venue. Our private 24-seat bus can be arranged to do the pick-ups and drop-offs.
For those wanting something more adventurous for their delegates, we can help you organise a glamping tent city, either in the pretty country showgrounds, or up on the spectacular grounds of the ‘Bunyip Scenic Resort’. From there, you could end the day with organised helicopter rides around the stunning Scenic Rim countryside.
